When I considered selling my airplane it was a little overwhelming trying to know where to start. Brandon at Hiller Aviation Consulting was referred by another friend who had bought a plane through him. I called and set up a meeting with him where we went to dinner and went over the log books and expectations of the sale and helped me come up with an asking price that was fair and would sell competitively. From that point on I handed him the keys to the hangar and all the paperwork for my plane he scanned it all in to his system and went and took pictures of the plane and built a really informative add for the sale. He also handled all the registration paperwork that I had let lapse and got me current. When we received an offer within a few days he called and went over it with me and set up escrow for the deposit and scheduled a pre buy inspection. That all went smooth and he handled all the negotiations of the repairs that were needed. The deal went really fast and was closed in 2 weeks after the repairs were done and the money was in my account in a few days. It was the most ands off sale I have ever been involved in. Brandon made a somewhat complicated sale into a very easy process for me. He was there to answer any questions I had and give direction when needed. His fees were very fair for the amount of hours he put in making arrangements.
I am currently shopping for a replacement plane now and he continues to help and give guidance through this next chapter in the process.
